• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, Across The Way ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Across The Way ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations.

  Items in stock usually ship within 48 hours. We use USPS first class mail, USPS Priority mail, and UPS shipping services. 

  Jewelry orders always ship free via USPS First Class mail, and at our discretion we often upgrade orders to USPS Priority Mail.

  Although we offer free shipping on some orders, return and exchang postage must be paid unless we are at fault with an order error.

  -With original receipt and within 30 days of purchase - Full Refund

  -Without receipt and within 90 days of purchase - Store Credit at current selling price. *Merchandise must be in new condition.

  All Sales items are Final Sales.

  -Cancellation or return of drop ship items subject to 15% fee.
